We are open to undertaking contract manufacturing of products related to food processing and spray drying. We also take job works of wet/dry blending, homogenizing, etc. Not just this, our services also incorporate developing products on a constant basis to meet the growing demands of the industry in a more competitive yet efficient manner.

We were earlier known as Bhartia Electric Steel Company, incorporated in the year 1929. We later changed the name of our company to the present one in 1998, when we decided to set our foot in the food processing industry. The food product made by us are healthy as well as delectable, and made under extremely hygienic conditions.

Owing to our customer centric approach, we have successfully touched new heights of success, earning an astonishing turnover of US $ 90 million. Presently, our export markets are mainly centered around Pakistan, Nepal and South Africa. Right from the stage of procurement of raw material, till the dispatch of the final products, care is taken to ensure that the products adhere to all national and international standards relevant to the food industry.

Our carefully engineered and semi-automated production facility allows us to manufacture products that meet the strictest standards for quality assurance at extremely cost effective prices. We maintain highly efficient laboratory facilities to routinely test for the accuracy of formulations, purity, microbiological safety, volatile flavor, moisture levels and many other analytical tests, which are necessary to meet the specific needs of our many customers.

Infrastructure

A sprawling manufacturing unit, spread at an area of 4500 square meters, in the pollution-free lush green surroundings of Faridabad, is the main highlight of the infrastructure of American Healthcare & Food Division. The building area itself covers an area of 1600 square meters.

The manufacturing plant uses semi-automatic and high-speed machines. This enables us to produce premium quality products. These advanced facilities are backed by experienced food scientists, who are highly motivated and creative people and have a better than average sense of smell and taste. Our capacious warehousing facility, with adequate cold storage facility, enables us to store the products in a safe and hygienic manner, till the time they are ready to meet the market demands.
